With the 360 Sport Cord Combo, you can significantly improve your explosiveness, initial movement speed, power, and stamina.

“Anchor” will be stationary throughout the drill

“Runner” is 5 yards in front of “Anchor”

“Runner” executes rep by Bursting off the line as fast as possible, zone drop 5 yards, stop, walk back under control

“Runner” should typically work for 3-8 reps depending on desired results

Once “Runner” completes designated reps they become the “Anchor” and the “Anchor” becomes the new “Runner”

Training this way is very effective and efficient, ensuring that someone is always working and the next person is resting and taking mental reps while waiting their turn
