360 Sports Cords Overview

The 360 Sport Cord Combo is one of the most versatile and practical resistance training tools ever created. The 360 Sport Cord Combo has 2 - 360 Belts and 1- 360 Sport Cord. The continuous 360 Belts do not have anything to impede the steel attachment rings, which allows full 360-degree rotation. Each 360 Sport Cord is 12 feet long at rest and can be stretched up to 36 feet in use. The 360 Sport Cord has a steel clip on each end for quick and easy attachment to your desired 360 Belt.  The 360 Sport Cord Combo allows athletes and coaches to add resistance to virtually any movement.

Sizes

The 360 Belt is available in multiple sizes. Please note that a too-small belt cannot be made larger. If the belt is too large, it will not reduce its effectiveness. Belts DO NOT have buckles and cannot be adjusted. Please remember that belt must be pulled over the hips, which typically means the belt size needs to be bigger than the waist size to clear the hips.

The 360 Sport Cord is 12 feet long at a resting state. When the twelve-foot 360 Sport Cord is stretched to its full length, it can reach up to thirty-six feet.

Youth and beginner athletes typically need 1 - 360 Sport Cord 

More advanced athletes typically need 2 - 360 Sport Cords for additional resistance.
