The 360 Resistance Harness
The 360 Resistance Harness is a tried-and-true shoulder harness that applies resistance to the upper torso. Once the straps are placed over the shoulders, your 360 Resistance Harness distributes pressure across its padded straps for a comfortable feel. The high-quality craftsmanship of the 360 Resistance Harness allows you to confidently apply as much force as desired without any worries. The steel rings in the back of the harness allow you to attach to your 360 Quick Release or any other device with ease. The 360 Resistance Harness will be the last over the shoulder resistance harness you will ever need.

360 Sports Academy, LLC strongly suggests you replace products which utilize Sport Cords in their construction annually when these products are subject to heavy usage such as commercial applications or team sports training activities.
Instructions
Inspect your 360 Sports Package before, during and after each use for any tears, rips or defects that could cause damage and/or injury.
Make sure that all athletes and instructors completely understand the drill to be performed as well as safety precautions necessary, before starting drill.
Store your 360 Sports Package in a dry location. Do not store wet. If 360 Belt becomes wet for any reason simply allow time to dry properly before storage.
