The 360 Punch Belt Combo
The 360 Punch Belt is designed to build strength and power in the upper body by adding resistance to any upper body movement. As the name implies, the 360 Punch Belt is designed with striking in mind. The 360 Punch Belt goes beyond striking, however. We have found the 360 Punch Belt very effective in working with athletes catching, passing, and setting in volleyball, fielding in baseball, shot-blocking, and defensive drills in basketball as well as many other uses. There are small steel rings on the 360 Punch Belt on the sides and back in order to allow the attachment of 360 Sport Cords or 360 Quick Release. The wrist cuffs attached to the 360 Punch Belt are made with a small steel ring on each wrist for additional 360 Sport Cords. '
The 360 Sidewinder adds resistance between the ankles that allow athletes to incorporate a number of drills while utilizing the 360 Punch Belt. The most popular drills with this combination typically involve shuffling while punching or performing defensive maneuvers.
The 360 Punch Belt is available in 2 variations, Adult and Youth. Two adjustable straps are attached to the buckle of the 360 Punch Belt. Adjustable straps allow for up to 10" of expansion. 360 Youth Punch Belt is made with a smaller belt and lighter resistance.

Instructions
Inspect your 360 Sports Package before, during and after each use for any tears, rips or defects that could cause damage and/or injury.
Make sure that all athletes and instructors completely understand the drill to be performed as well as safety precautions necessary, before starting drill.
Store your 360 Sports Package in a dry location. Do not store wet. If 360 Belt becomes wet for any reason simply allow time to dry properly before storage.
