Warranty

360° Sports Academy stands by the quality of its products. Our equipment is built to last and perform, so we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Coverage: 

Material, Design, and Workmanship: Our warranty covers material, design, and workmanship for the entire lifespan of the product, provided it is used under normal conditions.

Rubber Components: Rubber components are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year.

Limitations:

The liability of 360° Sports Academy and its affiliated sales distributors is limited to either the cost of repair and/or replacement of the unit under warranty or a full refund of the original item purchase amount.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Additional conditions:

 

  • The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping defective product to the 360 Sports Academy factory.
  • A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase is required for a claim for warranty service.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been altered by the user or if the product has been subject to Physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized third parties.
  • The responsibility of 360 Sports Academy shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion unless the customer explicitly requests a refund.
  • Specifically exempted from any warranty are the Flexi-cord bands used in 360 Sports Academy products, which are not manufactured by the company.
  • 360 Sports Academy is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any 360 Sports Academy product.
  • This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from area to area.
  • Unless instructed in the user guide, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service or adjustments on the unit, whether in or out of warranty. The product should be returned to the factory or authorized service agency for such work.
  • 360 Sports Academy will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. All repair work on 360 Sports Academy products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranty.

 

Submitting a claim

 

To submit a warranty claim, first email us at warrantyservices@360sportsacademy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This number is used throughout the process to track your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping product back to our warehouse.

 

Send the following information items with the product to 360 Sports Academy:

 

  • RMA number obtained from 360 Sports Academy for this merchandise return (number should be clearly displayed on outside of box as indicated below)
  • Description of problem
  • Your stated preference for replacement or refund. Refunds are only available for defective equipment.
  • Proof of purchase
  • Return address, email address, and contact phone number
