HANNIBAL NAVIES

Hannibal Navies is an accomplished NFL veteran and seasoned business executive with over 15 years of experience in the sports industry. Following a 9-year NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers, and Carolina Panthers, Hannibal transitioned into the business side of sports, leveraging his expertise in sports program development, consulting, public speaking, community outreach, and sports academy operations.

During his 7-year tenure as the Director of Engagement and Outreach for The Trust powered by The NFLPA, Hannibal successfully executed numerous high-profile events involving NFL players, agents, and executives. His initiatives led to thousands of days of training, job placements for 536 athletes, millions of dollars in scholarships, and enrollment of over 5,000 players.In addition to his work at the NFLPA, Hannibal founded the 360⁰ Football Academy, which continues to thrive. He also serves as the Vice President of Development for United Charitable and Athletes Charitable, further solidifying his philanthropic network.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Hannibal holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder (1999) and an Executive MBA from George Washington University (2013). TRAVIS CRITTENDEN

 

Travis Crittenden is a distinguished NFL veteran strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience in elite-level sports performance equipment business ownership. Serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2013 to 2021, Travis played a vital role in the team's historic turnaround from a 2-14 record in 2012, leading to multiple Pro Bowl and AFC Conference Championship appearances, as well as the triumphant Super Bowl LIV victory.

Over the years, Travis has helped prepare hundreds of athletes for the NFL, MLB, and NBA drafts, as well as assisted numerous veteran players in their offseason training for upcoming seasons. Additionally, in the past 2 years, his invaluable guidance has been extended to various teams and international organizations, significantly enhancing their athletic potential.

With a background as a former NCAA Division 1 letterman in football, indoor track, and outdoor track, Travis Crittenden's passion and commitment to athlete empowerment are deeply embedded in his career. As a highly respected professional in the field, Travis continues to elevate the abilities of athletes and inspire them to reach new heights.
