The 360 Quick Release Combo
The 360 Quick Release Combo brings together 3 of our favorite tools. Combining the 360 Resistance Harness with the 360 Quick Release is a fantastic way to work the sprint's first 5 to 10 yards. Combining the 360 Belt with the 360 Quick Release allows one to apply resistance to the hips with unlimited 360 degrees of freedom to rotate, allowing for a wide variety of drill work. The 360 Quick Release is a heavy-duty tool that combines fixed resistance with an overload release for authentic overspeed training. High-quality craftsmanship and a heavy steel release mechanism ensure ultimate confidence in applying as much resistance as desired without sacrificing a simple, clean release. Even with our largest athletes applying extreme resistance, the 360 Quick Release is far from its limits and requires more than a couple of ounces of pressure on the release handle to instantly snap free and clear from the athlete. When drills are correctly executed, athletes will explode upon release and will have to put their feet down faster than average (or swiftly fall down), creating an "Overspeed" effect, much like sprinting down a slight decline. The 360 Quick Release is one of the most durable, reliable, versatile, and easy-to-use training tools.
The 360 Quick Release is 10 feet long.
The 360 Belt is available in multiple sizes. Please note that a too-small belt cannot be made larger. If the belt is too large, it will not reduce its effectiveness. Belts DO NOT have buckles and cannot be adjusted. Please remember that belt must be pulled over the hips, which typically means the belt size needs to be bigger than the waist size to clear the hips.

Instructions
Inspect your 360 Sports Package before, during and after each use for any tears, rips or defects that could cause damage and/or injury.
Make sure that all athletes and instructors completely understand the drill to be performed as well as safety precautions necessary, before starting drill.
Store your 360 Sports Package in a dry location. Do not store wet. If 360 Belt becomes wet for any reason simply allow time to dry properly before storage.
