Yes. By the nature of the drills created with most 360 Equipment Combo there is always one person acting as an “anchor” and providing resistance while the other person is working. This instantly reduces the group you’re actively coaching by half. Each coach can work with a group of 30 athletes while maintaining a 15:1 athlete/coach ratio with half of the group always being at rest. 360 Team Package

360 Team Packages are designed with large groups in mind. Each 360 Team Package contains all three 360 Equipment Combos. Each 360 Team Package contains enough of each 360 Equipment Combo to train 10 athletes with each combo. 1 - 360 Team Package equals 3 combos that train 10 people per combo or 30 total people. If you have 90 athletes split into 3 groups, you will need 3 – 360 Team Packages. 3 Team Packages trains 30 athletes with each of the 3 – 360 Equipment Combos.

No. 360 Belts are made to their respective sizes. If your belt is too small you will not be able to make it larger. There is no problem with the belt being too big, however. When choosing your size choose the size that is slightly too large. Belts need to slide over the hips when pulling on or taking off.

360 Sport Cords are 12 feet long at rest and can stretch up to 36 feet long. This means that if your anchor is stationary, your active athlete can move up to 5 yards before the 360 Sport Cord reaches its maximum length.

One 360 Sport Cord would be ideal for a lightweight or youth athlete. Typically, advanced high school athletes through professional athletes prefer 2 Sport Cords per Sport Cord/Belt Combo. 2 Sport Cords tend to give the most amount of resistance possible while still allowing the athlete to move as fast as possible without sacrificing technique.

Even under the most extreme circumstances the 360 Quick Release will never break, and the release will pop loose with just a few ounces of pressure applied to the release handle.
